ST. JAMES VESTRY
The Vestry (Board of Directors), is made up of twelve lay persons and the Rector. They are the governing body of the parish. There is also a Treasurer and Clerk that preside at the meeting. They meet once a month to discuss financial information, business and concerns of the parish. |
